compensation

This is compensation meeting season....and apparently the markets are not that hot, so the raises are not that hot from what I've heard. But I heard a really good point from a manager that I wanted to put out there..."the staff get overpaid, senior get underpaids, but managers and above will always get overpaid."

Don't worry about it chief. Big 4 are notorious for being cheapos to their staff. They've got to pay the big money to their managers because they've got the bulk of the responsibility, and they've got to give the recent college grad brats a few dimes so they can fill up all those empty cubicles. Do your time, get licensed, then move on to bigger and better things, and possibly a life.
